Resources for Parents & Caregivers
Raising kids and teens isn’t easy — and you don’t have to do it alone.
Our coalition partners with schools, families, and community organizations to help parents and caregivers build strong, healthy relationships and keep youth safe from substance use.
Below, you’ll find programs, events, and trusted resources that support you in creating a safe and connected home.
Whether you’re looking for parenting tools, prevention tips, or community workshops — we’re here to help every step of the way.

Strengthening Families Program
The Strengthening Families Program (SFP) is a free, family-based program designed to build communication, strengthen relationships, and reduce risk factors for substance use and behavioral challenges.
Each session includes fun family activities, free dinner, and childcare with pre-registration.
Educational Workshops & Town Halls
We host a variety of educational workshops, town halls, and community events throughout the year to help parents and caregivers stay informed, build skills, and support healthy choices for youth.
Programs like Hidden in Plain Sight and other workshops give families practical tips on recognizing potential risks, starting meaningful conversations, and promoting wellness at home. Keep an eye out for upcoming sessions!
