Strengthening Families Program (Ages 10–14)
The Strengthening Families Program is a 7-week, family-focused program designed to help parents, caregivers, and youth (ages 10–14) build stronger relationships, improve communication, and develop skills to make healthy choices. Parent/caregiver and youth participation is required. Sessions include learning practical skills, as well as fun, hands-on activities that families can do together.
Families will learn practical tools for navigating challenges, strengthening relationships, and supporting youth as they build confidence and learn skills like handling peer pressure. Parents and caregivers will also have the opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing the same joys and challenges of raising teens.
Sessions include family activities, discussions, and skills that can be used at home.
