 Washington. In the late 90s, Quincy was experiencing increased youth problem behaviors related to alcohol, marijuana, and related gang involvement. In response to a tragic loss, the community knew something had to change and it was going to make a difference.

Quincy Partnership for Youth (QPY) is a community coalition that strives to increase collaboration and awareness to reduce youth substance use in Quincy. We are comprised of parents, youth, school staff, business owners, medical professionals, law enforcement, government workers, faith-based organizations, and more.

Quincy Partnership for Youth is supported by our fiscal agent, Renew, and our invaluable community volunteers and partners across Grant County. Our work is funded through Washington State Health Care Authority, Washington State Department of Health’s Commercial Cannabis & Tobacco Prevention Program (YCCTPP), other state and federal grants, and the City of Quincy.
