Quincy Youth Recognition Awards
Every year, the Quincy Partnership for Youth (formerly known as Quincy Communities That Care) honors local youth and an adult for their volunteerism, advocacy, and leadership at our annual community meeting in November. We invite you to be part of this local tradition and help us identify some of these admirable people you may have encountered that stood out to you.
Please include as much detail and description as possible when answering the following questions. The Selection Council will use this information to select annual recognition winners. Once the nomination process closes, the Selection Council (diverse community volunteers) will review applications. Awardees will be notified the last week of October 2018 and will be invited to the award ceremony and recognition event.
