Going back to school always brings out a mix of emotions – from excitement to anxiety. And the ways we’ve all changed and been changed by the pandemic can make those emotions even bigger. Don’t try to “tough it out” and push your feelings aside. Try coping strategies like setting small, achievable goals and making time for the people and activities you love.
