We know parenting teens can be challenging, and sometimes it’s hard to know how to help when a young person is struggling. This evening is a chance for parents and guardians to learn, connect, and feel supported.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Presentations in English and Spanish
- Tips for spotting signs of depression and emotional stress
- Guidance on how to talk with a hurting teen
- A rundown of mental health resources in our community
- Childcare will be available
This important event is led by the Quincy School District, and Quincy Partnership for Youth is excited to support by helping with childcare and light snacks.
