Loneliness knows no boundaries. Loneliness can make it hard to connect in meaningful ways with those around us. Loneliness can lead to anxiety, depression, substance use and other poor coping mechanisms, suicide attempts, and more. So many youth feel lonely and unsure what to do about it.
